The schedule tab in your dashboard is a great resource to keep track of your upcoming events and scheduled appointments. Toggle between the events and appointments tabs to view your upcoming schedule.
To manage your event schedule select the ‘Schedule’ tab to view a list of all your upcoming events. From the list view, you can copy individual event links and share with ‘Copy link’. You can also click ‘View page’ to see your events ‘booking page’.
Click into an individual event to open all of the information about this event. Under details, you can view:
- Page link
- Purchase options
- Description and host
- Location, date and time
- Creation date
In this view, you also have the ability to:
- Download the participants into a CSV file
- See individual participant names, emails and payment method (i.e credit applied)
- Process refunds
- See total event income
Cloud Tip: You are unable to refund clients who purchased an event with a credit, subscription, or 100% promo code. Read more about refunds in our Customers guide.
If you ever need to edit, cancel or delete an event, you can by clicking on the icons in the top right of your screen.
To manage your appointment schedule select the ‘Schedule’ tab and select ‘appointments’ to view a list of all your upcoming scheduled appointments. Click into an individual appointment to view the details:
- Appointment details
- Participant information
- Date and time booked
- The ability cancel the appointment
If you ever need to edit, cancel or delete an appointment, you can by clicking on the icons in the top right of your screen.
Cloud Tip: Cancelling an appointment will not automatically refund the client. Read more about refunds in our Customers guide
